Pancake pneumatic cylinders has been designed to satisfy the needs of short-stroke applications. These are compact air cylinders that can fit into small space. The Pancake cylinders have combination of features, options, quality, strength, appearance and long life.
Pancake cylinders offer novel features and construction to ensure reliability. The cylinder body are produced from high quality bars to achieve required dimensional accuracy, high strength and rigidity. The piston rod is supported by non-metallic high performance bearing it gives extra load-bearing capacity. The hardened steel or stainless piston rod offers long life the cylinder.
Standard air cylinders are available in eight bore sizes from 12 mm to 80 mm and stroke lengths from 5 mm to 60 mm with rod support in a small length. The cylinder offers pressure ratings up to 10 bars in pneumatic and 30 bars in hydraulic version. Custom designs are also available, please contact us. Each air cylinders are pre-lubed with special grease that to resists corrosion and long life.
