The safety Products are modular system consists of four standard types of namely Friction, Rolling, shear and linear. Several special solutions for nearly every application. Various attachments can be fitted to the basic safety mechanism as required by the application.
- Linear Load Limiter - Linear Load Limiter are designed for nominal break points or as overload protection in linear movement application. The heart of the safety coupling is a highly precise, sturdy disengagement ball mechanism.
- Motor Safety Coupling - This is safety element provided between prime mover and equipment to be driven, if protect prime mover and equipment from overload this is purely mechanical divise.
- Direct Safety Couplings - This type of couplings, mounted over prime mover shaft and transmit motion and power directly to equipment. through Sprocket, gear, pulley, drum or flange as required by application. Available in three types - Ball, Friction or Shear.
- Indirect Safety Couplings - This type of couplings is in between prime and equipment to transmit motion and power to equipment. PRS Verse offers Gear, chain or rigid types available in three types namely - Ball, Friction or Shear.
- Special Couplings - PRS Verse offers special couplings Gear, chain, muff or rigid types.
