Information
Grip down Vises have been engineered to be the ideal solution for work holding for heavy machining. Available in sizes up to 300 mm widths, these vises can accommodate a wide variety of workpiece. The special long box nut produced from wear resisting material feature to minimize jaw wear and to avoids component lift. Initial clamping is done mechanically through handle and final clamping through hydraulic.
Models available - W100, W150, W200, W250 and W300.

1. The floating movable jaw allows a fast and safety clamping for rough pieces not perfectly parallels. Our precision modular Vise in the standard version is supplied with the guided movable jaw running parallel along the whole Vise base axis.
2. The fixed jaw can be turned around 180 degrees, and its back step matches with accuracy to the prismatic jaw step, in this way the maximum vice opening is increased.
3. Jaw plates manufactured with a pull-down angle, ensure, during the clamping operation, a downward run of the work piece against the vise base
Adjustable Vises are available in various sizes, and defined with base width or Jaw Width i.e. W100 = Base width or Jaw Width = 100 mm.
